While constitution tried to continue the religion absoluteness in the country, a chaos struck at Baneshwor. Surrounding got wor%st between the prote%sters who came down demanding for a Hindu nation and police.

A rally was conducted under the leadership of Kamal Thapa and Khum Bahadur Khadka of RPP Nepal demanding for a Hindu Nation.
The rally changed into a clash after reaching at Baneshwor. After the protesters tried to break the selected area, tension was created. During the clash, police charged sticks and f!%red water fountains.

The protesters also de$troyed a national car. The protesters who were in trouble have now integrated and are conducting a meeting.

सर्लाही, जनकपुर, भदौ २८ । संविधान जारी गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढेसँगै मधेस केन्द्रित दलले आफ्नो आन्दोलनलाई कडा बनाउन थालेका छन् ।

संविधानसभामा संविधान निर्माणको प्रक्रिया भटाभट भइरहँदा तराई क्षेत्रमा भने आनदोलनको क्रम कायमै छ सर्लाहीको मलंगवा–१० मा रहेको एमाले सभासद कमलादेवी महतोको घरमा आइतबार राति प्रदर्शनकारीले पेट्रोल बम प्रहार गरेका छन् । बम प्रहारबाट घरमा सामान्य क्षति पुगेको बताइएको छ ।

सुरक्षा संवेदनशीलताका कारण सर्लाहीको मानपुर, हथिऔल, मधुवनी गोठ र मोहनपुरमा रहेका चारओटा प्रहरी चौकीलाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सर्लाहीमा सारिएको छ ।

प्रदर्शनकारीले धनुषाको ग्रामीण क्षेत्र ललीया गाउँमा रहेको प्रहरीचौकीमा आगजनी गरेका छन् । प्रदर्शनकारीको आगजनीबाट चौकीमा रहेका सबै प्रहरी भागेर सदरमुकाम पुगेका छन् ।

प्रदर्शनकारीले चौकीमै रहेका दुईओटा मोटरसाइकलसमेत पूर्णरुपमा क्षतिग्रस्त हुने गरी तोडफोड गरेका छन् ।

प्रदेश सीमांकनको विरोध गर्दै प्रदर्शनकारीले सोमबारै धनुषाको सहिदनगर यदुकोहामा मोटरसाइकल र्‍याली निकालेका छन् ।

रौतहटमा भइरहेको आन्दोलनको अगुवाइ गर्ने फोरम लोकतान्त्रीकका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष अजय गुप्ता, सद्भावनाका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष शेख जमसेद, तराई मधेश लोकतान्त्रिक पार्टीका अनिल सिंह, मधेशी जनअधिकार पफोरम नेपालका रामकिशोर यादव र रामेश्वरप्रसाद यादवलाई गौर नगर क्षेत्रबाट पक्राउ गरेको हो ।
सोधपुछका लागि उनीहरुलाई पक्राउ गरेको बताएको प्रहरीले के कस्तो अनुसन्धानका लागि नियन्त्रणमा लिइएको हो भन्ने खुलाएको छैन ।

The constituent assembly members have continued to vote on the articles of the new constitution. The session was started from 11 am today morning.  The session has anticipated approving the remaining articles by evening. The major three parties—Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and UCPN (Maoist) decided to move ahead with the CA process despite the agitating Madhes-based parties and Tharu parties/groups did not  agree to take part in the ongoing constitution making process. Rastriya Pajatantrik Party-Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa urged to surpass his amendment proposal issued on article 4 of reinstating the country as Hindu nation. Subash Chandra Nembang, CA Chairman said that the proposal is dismissed for the majorities have ignored. Thapa claimed that they are not contended with the voting proceeded in the session. CA Chairman Nembang demanded for the division of the votes from the CA members. So Nembang urged to stand to present their approval. Around 21 CA members presented their approval in the amendment proposal issued by Chairman Thapa.

Thursday is dedicated to alleviating the bad influence of Lord S hani. The Vrat on this day is mainly observed by those people who believe in Hindu astrology. Black is the color of the day and people visit Shani shrine or Navagraha shrines. Food is only consumed once on the day. Saturday Fasting Dedicated To Hindu God Shani and Hanuman Talk about Shani or Sani to a Hindu and the first re action will be fear and then the mentioning of ill effects and troubles. Shani is dreaded by Hindus, especially by those who believe in astrology. Many people observe an Upvaas or fast to avoid the adversities and misfortunes on Shanivar or Saturday. It is believed that those who have the blessing of Lord Hanuman are protected from the wrath of Shani. Therefore many people make it a point to worship Hanuman at home or in temples. Black is the preferred color on Thursday. Shani, one of the Navagrahas, is worshipped in numerous temples and there are also temples exclusively dedicated to Sani. Devotees who are observing Shanivar Vrat usually visit Shani shrines. Black colored items like sesame til, sesame oil, black clothes, and black gram whole are offered to Shani. It must be noted here that the color of the idol of Shani is always black in color. Those devotees who fast on Saturday only take a single meal that too in the evening after prayers. Food prepared usually consis ts of sesame til or black gram or any other black colored food item. Salt is avoided by many on the day.
